PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) was established in Bandung on February 5, 1958, originally called Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer (BAPEMIL) with the status of business associations as entities that receive deposits and provide loans to its members. BAPEMIL aims to help ease the economic burden of retirees, both military and civilian. In 1986 the members of the PT BAPEMIL formed National Pension Savings Bank with a business license as the Savings Bank. In 1993 the status of the Commercial Banks BTPN. Now We are looking for professional candidates experienced in banking industries to fill the position:

Recruitment Officer (Code: RO) - Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
Responsibilities

• Organizing & hands on recruitment activities for regional/province
• Identified and collaborating with recruitment channel to provide the best fit candidate (University, School, Disnaker etc)
• Coordinating with business user to finalize in selecting and targeting candidate
• Administer human capital working purpose and regular reporting

Requirements

• Having at least 2 (two) years experience in recruitment (experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable) and using recruitment tools
• Graduate degree in Psychology is a Preferable
• Male/Female with max 30 years old
• Willing to mobile across the province
• Will stationedly be placed in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya

Regional Recruitment Manager (Code: RRM) - Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
Responsibilities

• Organizing & hands on recruitment team and its activities for regional/province
• Identified and collaborating with recruitment channel to provide the best fit candidate (University, School, Disnaker, vendor etc)
• Coordinating with business user to finalize in selecting and targeting candidate.

Requirements

• Having at least 4 (Four) years experience in recruitment with at least 2 (Two) years in managing recruitment team (experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable)
• Graduate degree in Psychology is a Preferable
• Male/Female with max 35 years old
• Willing to mobile across the province
• Will stationedly be placed in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
