ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We offer a comprehensive Internship Program where interns are challenged to be involved directly in specific projects designed to blend strategic and operational work. Interns will be provided with specific project plan, coordinate with team managers regularly to obtain support as well as continuous evaluation and development. You will have the opportunity to experience all that we have to offer: our work, our people, our values and our culture. You will be expected to perform to our high standards.

BENEFIT & FACILITIES
  • During the project, the Interns will have these following benefits:
  • A round trip transportation reimbursement will be given to the interns with university travel distances greater than 60 km, either using executive train or executive bus.
  • The intern will also be eligible for monthly reimbursement meals, transportation and accommodation expenses during the program based on prevailing policy at the moment
  • Lunch will be provided daily by the company

Requirements :

  • Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
  • Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.

1.1 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
1.2 Minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry, with minimum 3 Years in managerial level as Production Department Head
1.3 Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
1.4 Well understanding about mining operation (Design, Production, Facility, Equipment, Man Power)
1.5 Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
1.6 Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
1.7 Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR

4. Mine Engineer Section Head (Code : MPE)

4.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations
4.2 Through knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
4.3 Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
4.4 A very good understanding of Minescape and Xpac mining software
4.5 Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
4.6 Possess “Pengawas Operational Pratama” certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition
4.7 Based Jakarta

5. SHE Supervisor (Code : SSP)

5.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
5.2 In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
5.3 Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
5.4 Fluent in English both oral & written
5.5 Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
5.6 Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
5.7 Willing to be placed on site

6. Geotechnical Engineer (Code : GTE)

6.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
6.2 Having “Pratama or Madya” Certification is preferable
6.3 Minimum of 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
6.4 Having Superior Skills in : Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).

7. Senior Geologist (Code : SGL)

7.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology
7.2 Minimum 5 Year experience as Geologist in coal mining Industry
7.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
7.4 Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad, Minescape/Minex
7.5 Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter

8. Mechanical Supervisor (Code : MES)

8.1 Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering
8.2 Minimum 3 year experience as Mechanical in coal mining industry is preferable
8.3 Have strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project
8.4 Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly
8.5 Good in English, both in oral and writing
8.6 High analytical skill
8.7 Able to work independently as well as a team
8.8 Willing to work on site in Jambi

9. Wellsite Geos (Code : WLG)

9.1 Male, age 23 – 30 year
9.2 Minimum S1 in Geology
9.3 Minimum 1 Year experience as wellsite geos
9.4 Have knowledge about description litology, coring, sampling coal, reconcile, interpretation logging

10. Surveyor Business Improvement Team (Code : SBT)

10.1 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineer
10.2 Minimum 3 year experience as Surveyor in Coal Mining Industry
10.3 Able to communicate in English
10.4 Able to set up and operate Total Station and software Surpac, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)
10.5 Able to operate Minescape/Minex Software Efficiently is preferably
10.6 Excellent Analytical & Reporting Skills, Creative.
