Under the direction of the Human Resources Coordinator, will be support the Company and HR Department activities as the frontliner of the company.
ROLES:
* Guest, Phone, Mail Recorded and Mail Distribution.
* Meeting room arrangement, book & record.
* Supervise Office Cleanliness
* Assisting in Hotel book, correspondences, recording letter’s number
* Filling documents for General Documents (Mail Receipts, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:

* Min. 2 years experiences as Receptionist
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)

HR ASSISTANT (Code: HRA/ID-11311)
Under the direction of the Human Resources Coordinator, will be support the Company and HR Department activities in administrating HR and General Affairs.
ROLES:
* HR Correspondences for internal and external.
* Administer Jamsostek for registration and payment.
* Maintain Personnel Administration for Employee Database, employee status, absenteeism, leave, roster schedule, book ticket and/or for field employees, medical staff claims, employee’s ID Card.
* Assist in recruitment process to contact the applicant for test & interview invitation.
* Maintain General Affairs in monitor and administrating HR formalities (BP Migas permit, expatriates, company’s licenses), Expatriates needs (House Leased), Vendor Contract Agreements.
* Provide HR Reports for the Company’s needs
* Filling documents for HR documentation in the proper place
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Female, Single, age 23 - 28 years old
* D3 majoring Administration or Management or Communication or Secretarial
* Min. 2 years experience, preferable in HR matters and Oil & Gas or Coal Mining industry
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc) and good knowledge and use of relevant industry technical software packages
* Familiar with Manpower Regulation & BP Migas regulations
* Good proficiency in English both oral & written
* Indonesian Citizenship
