STORE SUPERVISOR
• You will be responsible for achievement of sales target, analyzing productivity per brand, managing inventory & shrinkage, lead sales associate team & develop their skills.

HR & GA SUPERVISOR
• You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management: recruitment, training, personnel administration & payroll, industrial relation, employee relation, general affair.
• Establish & maintain good relationship with external party such as schools & governmental institution.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR
• Responsible for every aspect of visual merchandising (VM) in store, to support store operation team to achieve sales target.
• Ensuring VM presentation in store is attractive for customer and in line with company standard.
• Provide training and direction to VM team and sales associates in order to increase their technical skill & knowledge about fashion trend.
• Support store operation team for in-store promotion material.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Male / Female, maximum 28 years old. GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
• Bachelor Degree in any Dicipline (1)
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management (2)
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design (3)
